Every enrollment fee includes application preparation and submission, payer follow-up every two weeks until approval, and written confirmation of your effective date. Payer- or state-imposed application fees are passed through at cost.
The maintenance subscription covers CAQH re-attestation (the 120-day clock), expirables monitoring, demographic updates, and all revalidations at no per-payer charge.
Timeline: most payers approve in 90–180 days; Medicare is often faster (45–90). We follow up every two weeks until you’re in-network — you’ll never wonder where an application stands.
