SMS / Text Message Communications

ClaimCarePro, a service of Accurate Billing and Coding, Inc, may send SMS (text) messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and opted in to receive them via our contact form or during onboarding.

Program description. Messages may include appointment reminders, billing and claim status notifications, document requests, service updates, and responses to inquiries you initiate. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages without separate, explicit consent.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you have requested.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates are not controlled by ClaimCarePro.

Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at the phone number or email below.

Information we collect and share. We collect the mobile phone number you provide and the content of messages you send to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or the contents of your SMS conversations with any third party for marketing purposes. We share message content with our SMS service providers (AWS End User Messaging SMS and Twilio) solely to deliver and receive messages on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subprocessors necessary to deliver the SMS service.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
