How Our Pricing Works
Full-service billing is charged as a percentage of collections — the more we collect for your practice, the better we both do. If we’re collecting more than about $17,000 a month for you, the minimum never comes into play — it exists so we can fully staff your account from day one. Aged A/R recovery is pure contingency: if we don’t recover it, you don’t pay for it.
- Full-Service Ongoing Billing — 6% of collections with a $1,000/month minimum, month-to-month. You pay on money that lands in your account, never on what we billed.
- Aged A/R Recovery — 10% contingency. You keep 90%. No recovery, no fee — we only get paid on what we actually recover.
