Our Story
Cary Greenberg founded the company in 2012 with a simple conviction: practices deserve a billing partner that treats their revenue like its own. Jacob Greenberg joined in 2013, and in June 2014 the company formally incorporated.
From the beginning, the difference has been personal service. We go above and beyond for every practice we work with — billing tailored to each specialty, direct access to the people working your claims, and follow-through on every denial, every underpayment, every aging account.
Along the way we did something most billing companies don't: we built our own technology. The ClaimCarePro Platform uses AI to streamline coding review, claim scrubbing, ERA posting, denial management, and reporting — so our team spends its time on the judgment calls that actually move revenue. Today the platform runs our services end-to-end; licensing it to practices and other billing companies is on our roadmap.
